  1. Delivery Timeline: Products are typically delivered within 7 working days, depending on the location.
  2. Free Shipping: Available on all standard orders within India.
  3. Possible Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
  4. Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
  5. Courier Services: We use Delhivery and Bluedart Logistics. If unavailable, other reputable couriers will be used.
  6. Order Status and Support: For queries, customers can check emails or contact support@houseofindia.com.

Important Information:

  1. Order Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 10 AM will be processed the following business day.
  2. Order Redirection: Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  3. Change in Contact Details: Once dispatched, contact details cannot be altered.

Return Policies

  1. OTP Verification and Inspection: Upon delivery, customers must verify the package using an OTP and inspect the product before accepting it. An unboxing video is recommended.
  2. Damaged or Compromised Packages: If the package is damaged or compromised, customers must either reject the delivery or accept it with a negative Proof of Delivery (POD) and photographs.
  3. Partial/Damaged Orders: For accepted deliveries that are partial or damaged, customers must provide a 360-degree unboxing video and a negative POD image.
  4. Rejected Deliveries: If a delivery is rejected or a negative POD is provided, we will reship the missing items after verification.
  5. Accepted Deliveries Without Negative POD: If the delivery is accepted without proper documentation, the company is not liable for any returns or refunds.
  6. Timely Complaints: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours via email to support@houseofindia.com.
  7. Signature and Alternative Signatories: All deliveries require a signature. The brand is not responsible for items accepted by someone else without a valid unboxing video.
  8. Shipping and Handling Fees: Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  9. Refund Process: No refund will be processed until the rejected or damaged item has been returned and inspected.
